Luke has 23 years international leadership experience in some of the world’s leading branded companies. He has significant M&A and broader international general management experience spanning 23 years across Europe, Asia Pacific and the Caribbean.

Luke first came to Singapore in 1996 with Diageo, followed by 2 years in Bangkok with Williams before moving to the UK in 2001 with Gallaher Group. In 2003 Luke moved to Hong Kong as Regional Managing Director Asia Pacific for Gallaher Group and in 2006 returned to Singapore following the relocation of Gallaher’s regional head office to Singapore.

Luke is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Founder and Managing Directory of Insight Strategy, a strategic business development consultancy firm based in Singapore.
