Juliana is from Greystones, Co. Wicklow.

She started her career with Ulster Bank Ltd., Dublin in 1987 and over the past 20 years has held various positions in the Financial Services area. Her employers included Bankers Trust Company, Deutsche Bank and Citibank- where she managed the Regional Processing Centre for 9 European countries.

Her most recent positions were held while residing in Prague, Czech Republic where she held 2 positions involving Presentation Skills Training for Advertising Executives and for Civil servants who were EU committee members.

During her 3 years in Prague Juliana was also involved with IWAP (International Women’s Association Prague) and CIBA (Czech Irish Business Association).

She is married to Angus Stening and they have 2 daughters- Molly (8) and Ellie (4).
