Colin MacDonald is the Chief Executive of Fine Grain Property Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based firm which initiates, structures and delivers property-based investments to Singapore, Ireland and other international private equity investors.

Colin is a graduate of University College Dublin. Since 1989, he has lived and worked in Asia for 19 years.

From 1989 to 2006, Colin was an International Banker with HSBC. The postings took him to Singapore, Taiwan, Bahrain and Hong Kong. Subsequently, he joined Singapore's largest private property developer, Far East Organization and managed the USD$250m redevelopment and restoration of the historic 5-star landmark, Fullerton Hotel in Singapore. Colin is now also a major shareholder in Molly Malone’s Irish Pub and BQ Bar in Singapore, from founding McCraic Pubs and Bars in 1997.
